He is probably still in the import business, with the other typical China imports, but with a rise of Chinese nationalism and defensiveness, 
export of military radios, even old ones, is apparently prevented. Unless, say, you are a third world country and prepared to take a Chinese
loan to buy Chinese weaponry. 
Can there be real peace between two systems, one which cares to reevaluate histories, and one which needs to continually control and edit
histories ?
