My computer is not infected with something.
Are you using Linux, and thus impervious to this particular malware ?
These "lock screen extortions" are all over the web, mostly residing on abandoned websites.

Which is what usually happens when a site is no longer active: i.e. when it is a "dead link".

As I said, I suspect your computer is infected with something.
