[Milsurplus] RF oscillator board

[Glenn Little WB4UIV]

I found a circuit board while cleaning up.
This was made by Bendix/Honeywell.
The part number on the board is 1997031-2.
This crosses to NSN 6625-01-027-1222.
The usage is Electronic test equipment F/TF-15.
This is covered in TO 33D7-35-39-8-59.
I have no idea where to find a copy of this.
Other module in the cross reference that have this TO listed are for 
AN/GSM-228 Antenna Test Station.
Does anyone have any information about this board?
