[Milsurplus] Seen at Fair Radio this AM

On the other hand I’ve seen many surplus places go under thinking they have gold and not selling enough to survive. There is a pricing point of maximum income and many places price over that. If you run such a place and expect to live forever and don’t mind it taking 50 more years to sell off stuff and your costs of operation are very low then fine. However this usually isn’t the case and frequently your kids aren’t interested in carrying on. I don’t know Phil’s situation and he may very well have a plan but if his prices would have been a little less I would have left there with a minivan filled with heavy items and far less money in my bank account.
