[Milsurplus] Spark Gap

I have a small glass vacuum tube marked V1507 10E/467 which appears to 
be a spark gap meant to be placed across the receiver antenna terminals. 
It is also marked A[crown symbol]M which may mean Air Ministry. Anyone 
know where this was used and if it contains any harmful gas. I think 
some spark gaps contained radioactivity to promote conduction.
