If you crank the roller coil down to no inductance, then you just need an impedance transformer of about 1:4 Z, is not
that right? Guesstimating the target output impedance of the TCS output link as around 10 ohm. The bulk of the load
coil has capacitance to ground and some small series inductance, even when cranked closed, but at the low Z of the
output, these are forgettable.
I have some boat radios to out-process, like terminally process, and I think I recall some of them have a toroidal
tapped multimpedance transformer just for this purpose, to match a low Z to the radios 50 ohms, kind of the reverse
thing. I'll have to see if I can find that part.
