[Milsurplus] TCS to 50 ohm matching

The thing to keep in mind with the TCS is that it is almost always
operating into a whip that is less than a quarter wave, meaning it will
have a high capacitive reactance and a low resistive component.

I had very good luck with a 4:1 unun or a pair of quarter wavelength lines
in parallel which will take the 50 ohm impedance down to a very low
resistive impedance, and then a series capacitance of a few hundred
picofarads to get the capacitive reactance. So it goes 50 ohm antenna to
high impedance end of unun or cox lines, then series capacitor into the TCS
transmitter.
