[Milsurplus] Collins R-864 Receiver

I believe I own the only known example of the R-864(XC1)/URR. I found it
about 30 years ago at Dayton. It came with a photocopy of the manual with
many hand written corrections and notes.

Past & Present by Fred Osterman. Some of the specs in the Osterman book are
not correct however. They should be listed as:
