I hoped to find a photo of the SC-901X SSB exciter in situ, but no luck.
However, looking for the mentioned "ICBM museum Tucson", brought the web page for a really interesting museum that
I absolutely will have to visit. And, BTW, you can even use their 80 foot tall HF discone antenna.

Has nice photo of the antenna. Genuine Collins product !

>Ham Radio Operators, you can now broadcast and listen on the discone antenna at the Titan Missile Museum.
When the Titan II 571-7 became operational in 1963, its communication system included a large, broadband discone antenna that is still standing today. Built by Collins Radio Company, the antenna is 80 feet tall and has a large crown, enabling it to radiate signals over a wide range of frequencies.
If you're an amateur radio operator, you can use the antenna free of charge when the museum is open. Here's what you need to know:
. Step into the Visitor Center and ask for the antenna log book.
. Read the instructions and sign the book
. Drive to the antenna and park near the table
. Open the metal box and roll out the coax cable
. Connect your radio using the PL-259 connector on the end of the cable
. When finished, please roll up and return the cable to the box

End quote. And, if the visitor fears that talk of nuclear annihilation scenarios might trouble them, the visitor may also have a 'service
animal', species not specified, accompany them.
