[Milsurplus] Unk connector

I may have posted this some time back and forgotten. If so, please bear with me. 
Sometimes items on the forefront end up on the bottom of a to-do pile and are 
only rediscovered much later.

This is a connector, modern era looking, 6 pins labeled A to F, face on counting
clockwise . F pin is at the top, where there's a slot in shell for position key.
Labeled thus:  9038  MS3106A18-12P
Only has 3 flexible wires coming out connector tail; red, green, yellow, all cut off. 
1. What for ?
2. I don't have any use for this. Do you ? Cost only postage.
3. This item will be processed out, one way or another, so I won't have to think about it again.
