[Milsurplus] Walkie-Talkie

In one of the pictures is a tag, with 1W1638 on it. This
was the original format for CB calls. (The number was the
FCC district).

So my guess is that this is a homebrew CB transceiver.

Would be interesting to see what's inside it.
