[Milsurplus] vibrator resurrection

At the Puyallup hamfest I got to talking to Philip R., a Seattle area mil vehicle enthusiast whom I'd sold
an SCR-284 setup a couple years back. Phil really rocketed to Tech Specialist rank, as he by now has
repaired 3 BC-654 and other equipment ( his German Torn.E.b. receiver at YouTube

Anyway he was telling me about repairing PE-104 supplies and getting the vibrators back to life. He said
the lightbulb and AC voltage kink works but sometimes takes up to 5-10 minutes. I didn't know that and
in fact, I would have given up before then. Don't give up! is the lesson.

Someone please remind me: what wattage bulb, and the AC goes to the large pins, right? Never attempted
this myself.
