That is the PB4Y-2 (later P4Y-2) which also has a longer fuselage for a flight engineer position.

All of the USN aircraft based on the B-24 and made by Consolidated were designated PB4Y-#.

1.  PB4Y-1 Liberator aircraft that started out as USAAF B-24 aircraft would usually have USAAF radio installations.  The SCR-287-A liaison set and SCR-522-A VHF command sets were common.

2.  The PB4Y-2 Privateer aircraft built specifically for the USN would have USN radio installations.  These often had a RAX-1/ATC liaison set and an ARB/ATB HF command set and an AN/ARC-5 VHF command set.
