[Milsurplus] WTB correctio: S panel meter (ARR-5 or identical in the S-36)

Gang,

I'm just guessing here.  Many Hallicrafters receivers from the 1940's 
had S-meters with brass cases that have split with age.  If the meter 
still works, just put a hose clamp around the case and relax.  I did 
this with a couple of SX-24/25's.
