[Milsurplus] WTB correctio: S panel meter (ARR-5 or identical in the S-36)

You should maybe include a photo of the face or at least a good description of the face scale. Probably no one has a cardboard box
labeled with the meter use, but we may come across a stray meter.
I thought I listed one here some time back, with no interest elicited. I don't know where I put it away, then. It has cracked glass but 
the movement seemed to be okay. If and when I find it, I'll post again.
