[Milsurplus] Way OT -- Rice Boxes

I bet a lot of those radios were
subjected to a lot of abuse or even
Lightning strikes. In any case, if
they could be easily fixed they
would have been and listed as
working at a much higher price.

As for the Mikes, most likely listed
in another Auction along with any
options that were easily removed.
