(assuming it’s warm where you’re working)
Mix 50/50 Automatic Transmission Fluid with Acetone.
Stir well with a brush because it doesn’t mix well.
While it’s stirred, brush it liberally in the hole with the set screw.
Wait one hour. Do it again. Wait another hour.
Try the set screw. If it won’t move, mix and drip more in
the hole and leave it overnight. It’s never failed for me,
though I have heard one fella say it didn’t work for him.
Worth a try before you bring out the drill.

Mine came right off.
>once that gets pulled off I assume i can remove the 2 screws that hold the cover plate exposing the bearing?
Did for me.
