[Milsurplus] LM value

I agree with Dave's assessment - you always see a bunch, they never bring
much, and they seem to multiply between hamfests.

At one point there were 6-7 in my garage, mostly BC-221 variants. Ended up
giving most away and even that took time. The 2 or 3 that sold didn't bring
much. $10-$15 comes to mind.

Right now I have one in a OD green box with power supply and headphones(221
I think). Have carried it up and down the east coast from Raleigh NC to
Deerfield NH to Berryville VA, Manassas and more. Priced at $20 without a
bite. Opted not to take it to FrostFest in Richmond last weekend because it
had stuff stacked in front of it. Chances are good it would've just
followed me back home anyhow.
