[Milsurplus] A bit off topic

I've become the proud owner of a receiver/transmitter from the F-111.  Haven't found any indication of who made it except for the CAGE Code on the nomenclature tag.  It seems that with various mergers over the last 50 or so years, 80045 was the CAGE code for several companies.  Does anyone know who was the owner in the late 1960s to mid 1970s?TIA,Jim
