[Milsurplus] Military AC line connectors - hot & neutral pins?

NickTo add to the confusion, the SRR-13 has Pin A of the 16S-5 as ground and Pins B and C as either hot or neutral! The FRR-23 also has that same pin out. Contrary to common belief, these two receivers are not exact copies of each other. As you said earlier, both hot and neutral are both fused and switched on these receivers.
I did a quick search for Navy Electricians Mate training text but found nothing of use, perhaps what I found was too new. I had been told many years ago that ships power ground was at the distribution transformer secondary center tap so that the hot lead was at 60 volts to bonded ground. Same for the return lead, 60 volts to bonded ground. I could not find anything in the Electricians manuals that were found on line to support this.Jim I wonder why people argue over the 10% of their differences and ignore the 90% they agree on?

One more data point - the CV-591A/URR has 16S-5P connector with pin C hot, B ground, A neutral.

Oh yeah, I did find a 1997 mil-spec for the smaller/newer MS3102A-10SL-3P which has C as hot, B ground, A neutral.

I have equipment with two sizes of military connectors for the power line cordMS3102A-14S-7PMS3102A-16S-5PPin B on both is ground on 99% of the gear.
(Some early TMC gear has 16S-5P pin C as ground!)
So which is the hot (black) and neutral (white) line connection? All the Navy gear I have has both sides switched and both sides fused so there is no difference.
Do you have any gear with only one side fused? I assume that will be in the hot lead. I have one piece of NSA gear with only one fuse which is in the Pin A line (14S-7P connector).
Opinions backed by experience or documents are welcome!
I want to make sure all my power cords are wired up the same way and interchangeable so I don't make a sparky mistake some time (I have already modified those early TMC pieces).
