[Milsurplus] Military AC line connectors - hot & neutral pins?

And the R-390A Navy mod has 16S-5P connector with pin C hot, B ground, A
neutral.
So I am leaning to pin C hot for size 16 and size 10. Still only one data
point for size 14 and it says pin A hot.
