[Milsurplus] NIST FY 2019 Budget Would Eliminate WWV and WWVH

Could be a mistake to shut the whole system down. Loran C is pretty much 
dead. and Uncle Sam is looking for a replacement for GPS in theater. Due 
to ease of jamming etc. Latest article I have is on optical target 
recognition in warheads. Launch it in the general direction and let it 
find the target.
