The most appropriate choice might be the 1626. It even has a 12V heater.
But it would just look odd sitting in there with the three remaining 6AQ5s.
Then the question becomes, what suitable PA tube has a structural
appearance that looks right with the 1626 and can deliver about 10W? Must
have the plate and grid brought out at the bottom, no top cap.
