[Milsurplus] Unk Navy bag CWP-10340 ?

A bag that was manufacturer stamped CWP-10020A, that is TBX, right ? but for what component ?
Then, if the 10020A is struck out, and the bag restamped CWP-10340, what does that apply to ?
