[Milsurplus] 2-pin German headphone plug source ?

Hue,

I have this, presumably German, headset in my collection.

The plug is stamped "3/3" between the pins.  It can't be a coincidence
that the pins are on 19 mm centers.  A standard dual-banana plug is a
pretty good fit in the jacks on my Torn.E.b.
