Inclusiveness might be working in Germany.  Some years ago I briefly 
subscribed to Funkamateur.  A three month free trial - they seemed happy 
to have a subscriber in America, and arranged shipment from the U. K.  
Well, it wasn't what I was expecting. (what was I expecting?)  It was 
like a combination of QST and Popular Electronics, with stuff for 
tinkers, SWL's and hams.  I checked their website, (www.funkamateur.de) 
and they still offer a three month free trial.
