[Milsurplus] A Cure for "The Silence of the Bands"

I don't see why not. A long time ago I thought hams were all great, then I
listened to the lower bands and heard language that would embarrass truckers.
Let's see how many of these guys (still mostly guys) can learn enough to get a
tech then general. A lot of us can help.
