[Milsurplus] The Silence of the Bands

 Have been operating 40M cw portable in Vermont since last saturday
and band has been wall to wall signals in the evening . Quite a few
5W QRP signals in the day time. Didn't check 80m at night. Generally
conditions have been full of noise and QSB. Wx has been steady rain
all day sunday and today.
