[Milsurplus] TRC-1 and mixed crystals in it

I don't have the photo to look at so I can't say what they might have had 
to use at Bastogne but the standard antenna at least through VJ Day was the 
AS-20/TRC-1 which is a 3-element beam (not yet called a Yagi) on top of a 40' 
mast.  AS-19/TRC-1 is the complete antenna system including the antenna, 
mast, guys and cordage.

So someone on the ground isn't likely to notice that the 6-Meter Yagis that 
would likely be used if  AN/TRC-1is are used is a little large.  

Incidentally, the two antennas at each end of the circuit need to be as far 
apart as possible.
