[Milsurplus] TBW-5

Hello All
I own a TBW-5 mobile transmitter unit and I'm trying to determine the general cash value. 
I do not have the LF unit and do not have any peripheral cables. 
The Modulator/Power supply appears to be missing a HV capacitor, a bleeder resistor, and a transformer from the lower section. It also appears that 3 tubes have been pulled. It is otherwise in very good condition.
The HF transmitter is only missing one 837 tube. It is otherwise complete and also in very good condition.
Can anyone possibly help me with a fair asking price based on the above data?
