[Milsurplus] NEAR-Fest XXII Photos

At the NWVRS swapmeet in Portland, OR, over a year ago now, a fellow had a N.I.B. HRO-500  BUT it was not working;
he suggested to start with reseating all the socketed Ge transistors. I have a big curiosity about this receiver but I do NOT
need another open ended project, got enough classic receivers as it is. I do recall seeing one in 'ham radio store' in the
early 1960s and oohing and ahhhing, and the beefy boy who worked at the shop as much as said, boy, this is way out of your
range.
