[Milsurplus] R-14 headphones.

Well, I've re-wired a set of old R-14 headphones here. The HB-7 is in good condition and 
some time ago, I bought an NOS box of those chamois earphone pads off eBay.

I REALLY like the sound of the R-14s vs the old pair of ANB-H1A phones I had been using 
for a number of years.

It seems as though I can hear more with less noise with the R-14s vs the ANB-H1A phones. 

I switched to the R-14s because one of the ANB-H1A elements had opened up.

My only complaint with the R-14s is that the sound level in one of the elements drops much 
lower when I tilt my head a certain way.

Anyone run into this before, and if so, what was the cause and what did you do to fix it....or 
did you?
