[Milsurplus] BC-669 Problems

I finally got my BC-669 working and then all of a sudden it quit
transmitting. All tubes check good. Anyone familiar with this problem with a
BC-669 radio have any ideas before I start checking resistors and
capacitors? No grid current and plate pegs the meter.
