Replica okay, but what bugged me was the angle of fixture thing. It just looks to me like it slops ( or slopes ) to the rear some. Like the perspective 
is off, if it were a drawing. 
Right, I would go with square tubing, or not at all. I have a BC-156 which has instead a built-in transmit coil, and that should be enough for me.

I agree. This is a reproduction.  The tubing looks round to me, not square like the original.  Also, the tubing is squeezed and bolted at the joints.  The original shown in the manual has hinges.
