[Milsurplus] Marine use of airborne radios

When I first started working in commercial two way 1970, GE was selling
the MSTR PRO radio. The chassis inside the case was isolated from ground
so you could install it either way. Put several in White semi's. Don't
remember what Motorola was doing at the time.
