[Milsurplus] What's this connector used with ?

rt angle both ends. 11.5" actual cable length.  Marked  SK-C16-23 ½ AC-AN
There is a paper ring one end labeled   460185  ( 0 obscured, no definite. )
Found these with a couple of the cables you identified as TCS to remote.

I have never done this, but I am thinking I can rotate the insert, to rekey the
connector, and use it for ARB or ATB, right ?
