[Milsurplus] Shorten hand crank gen legs

It's my understanding that they were Airborne items for use with AN/GRC-9A. 
 I've had several sets of them, one of which arrived in a jump bag with a 
GN-58-A.  The bag is similar to but a little larger than the BG-175 but has 
typical self-locking hooks for attaching to harness.
