Are you sure the shaft is bent? The tuning shafts pass through bushings on
the front panel. It's possible that the bushing is out of alignment. I
don't recall if the adjustment nut is on the front or back of the panel.
Changing the shaft is going to be a lot of work so you might be better off
just just finding a complete RF deck and making the swap.
