[Milsurplus] Viz radiosonde ?

I was able to pop open the electronics section of the Viz sonde nondestructively in about 2 minutes.
3 transistors, no tube. I'll have some fun drawing out the schematic later. 
I just recalled the Google page of radiosonde images has some schematics and i better look there first.
I had before popping the thing open, guessed that it contained one transmit tube.
