[Milsurplus] Nice Hamfest Find: RBD

NICE find indeed, Dave! Especially at an otherwise-slim hamfest. Been
looking for one of those myself off and on for a few years, now. A bit like
a RAX-1 on steroids. Looks like it will clean up pretty nicely, too.

Only other thing I saw that I might've inquired about was that huge Hickok
VTVM. Had one years ago, foolishly left it behind when I moved south in
2008. Was great for reading at a distance when you're making quick
measurements to confirm or deny a problem.

Congratulations on another installment of 'You just never know what will
show up'. An RBD, no less....
