[Milsurplus] BC-348 series CORRECTION

Production of vacuum tubes is probably buried in some other figures.  It's 
interesting to note that through 1943, roughly 50,000 SCR-183 and SCR-283 
were delivered.

I didn't find an entry for VT fuses described as such.  They may be buried 
in various shell figures.  The only thing that I did find was AN/CPQ-1 
Proximity Fuse, @ 889,101.  Some in 1944 and most in 1945.
