Aside from Ken's work, none that I know of.

There are, of the common models, three groups.

EMOPS
HKLR
JNQ

Each has its own manual series, and circuit symbol group.  As is the case 
with a lot of other equipment, having a receiver from one group and a manual 
from a second group is worse than having no manual at all.  Two of the 
groups have the same tube lineup.  The third is totally different.  All three 
have floating B- used for fixed bias for the audio output tube.  The JNQ also 
applied fixed bias to the 1st detector.  Etc.

All AC power supplies were Post-War.  And were built for and sold to 
civilian users.  USAF probably unofficially bought a few post-war.
