The transmitters clearly seen are BC-191/375.
The two noted as "modified" are -191; you can see
the antenna tuning roller coil in them.  That ceramic
insulator installed on the side is not factory, so it's 
a good bet that was part of the "repurposing."
That makes sense, because the original phenolic 
board with the Antenna/RX etc. posts would not 
have lasted a month in a salt-water environment.
