What I see there are a dozen TUs stacked verticall with their sides down. One of those
dozen, the third one from the left, is upside down to the others. At least the tuning chart is
opposite to the others.
On top of those and nearest the camera, are three more TUs, two lying on their backs with
the handles up. On top of those two is one more with the handles forward but cocked slightly
toward the rear of the room. then two more standing upright with their backs to us.
Beyond that are what MAY BE 4 BC-191/375s with their covers removed, but I can't be sure
about those.
Then beyond those are two more TUs standing on end with their tuning charts forward.

That is because they are lying on their backs with the long edge parallel to those below them.

I agree. I can't figure out exactly what that is, but it MAY be a BC-191/375 cabled up for
testing, possibly sitting on top of another rig of some sort.
Anyway, it is a very interesting photo.
