[Milsurplus] Want to buy, long shot items

No way, the only stuff they get in these days is what they buy from estates and that's all up in the front. How do you come to have a receiver missing the IF deck? Refresh my memory, is that a 250 Kc or 500 Kc IF? If it's a 250 would wonder if an IF deck from a ACR-38 can be adapted? Would take a bit of work being they are shaped different but IF deck from ARC-38 are a bit more common. And less valuable!

Ray and Breck and others,

I should've mentioned that as of a year ago, Fair did not have any of the R-648 IF amp modules left. I was there, and went through their pile of gutted R-648s, and even asked Phil, but although I did find quite a bit of what I did need, the IF amp was not there.

Of course, it is possible that a hidden stash turned up, I'll give them an email.

Thanks

Jack
