Well, we know rather than nonexistent, at least one 15 MHz ATD T.U. was seen.
I have my doubts tho, about the stability of this design, at 14-15 MHz. 
When I (hopefully) sell my ATD, the buyer will get an extra 1.5-3 T.U. to experiment 
with.
