I don't remember what the manual which came with my TCM-2 many years ago looked like, 
but I am quite familiar with these "preliminary manuals" for Navy gear.

You're lucky! The power supply is pretty big, but not so big it couldn't sit on an operating 
bench. The present TCM-2 which I am pretty sure to be able to buy, does not have its original 
power supply, nor its outer case either, for that matter.

When and if I get it, I'll probably replace that outer case with sheets of black-wrinkle painted 
aluminum....or I may just install it in a nice wooden box. We'll see.
