According to the manual, the TCK-4 will key properly at 300 WPM.

However, I have wondered if that was a typo, since as far as I have been able to determine at 
this point, all keying is cathode keying by a relay.

I know darned few (like none) relays which will correctly key anything at 300 WPM.

30 WPM is more likely.
