[Milsurplus] NC-173/ 183 in military use photo

Interesting! The rack mount unit on the left appears to be an AN/URR-39.

I haven't seen a separate-shock mounted NC-183 before though.

The AC receptacles are flush mounted in the wall which makes me think not
shipboard bulkhead?
