I can't recall if we already discussed this film,

Not really super interesting and i suggest if you wish to waste moments on this, forward to 37:30 
where a SCR-131 is briefly shown. When the generator is perfunctorily operated it looks pretty easy to crank,
certainly compared to the GRC-9 and such. The lower power of the SCR-131 transmitter, a single #10 tube,
would account for this - and maybe the transmitter here is not even actually switched on.

Leading up to this time mark is wire communications and message form procedures.
Following the radio scene, other methods: plane snags message from ground and drops it elsewhere; 
white panels laid out on ground to signal to plane; pigeon carrying message is released.

Other pretty interesting time-wasters on this channel, such as film on  German small arms, or how to
drive M-48 tank, for example.
